Currently, only relatives of foreign citizens who signed a contract with the Russian Armed Forces during the SMO have such a right (read more in our news). The draft of the new decree proposes to eliminate this injustice.
It is assumed that the decree will enter into force at the time of publication and will apply to contracts concluded from January 4, 2024.
