The Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human well-being (Rospotrebnadzor) adopted Resolution No. 19 as of November 7, 2019, extending until the end of 2020 the obligation of employers to provide immunization against measles of unvaccinated foreign workers.
In accordance with clause 3 of the said Resolution, employers (legal entities, individual entrepreneurs) must ensure, by 31.12.2020, that they carry out immunization against measles of labor migrants who have not been vaccinated against measles, who have no information about measles vaccines and who have not had measles before.
