Federal Law No. 2-FZ as of 27.01.2023 "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Russia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Mutual Recognition of Visas and on Other Issues Related to the Entry of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons into the Territory of the States Parties to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State" was published.
This law ratifies the
Agreement between the Government of Russia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the Mutual Recognition of Visas and on Other Issues Related to the Entry of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons into the Territory of the States Parties to the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State. The Federal Law on ratification comes into force on February 1, 2023. After that, Russia and Belarus will exchange relevant messages, and 30 days after receipt of the last communication, the agreement will enter into force.
