According to this agreement, organized tourist groups from 5 to 50 people from each country can make trips to each other for up to 15 days without obtaining a visa.
According to a ministry spokesman, the first groups of Chinese tourists in Russia are expected by summer, but the mass tourist flow will reach pre-pandemic levels in two to three years at best.
