On October 18, 2018, the Kyrgyz embassy in Russia reported that Russia would lift the ban of citizens of Kyrgyzstan who are not allowed to enter the territory of Russia for some reason.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who have repeatedly been brought to administrative responsibility and who, during their previous stay in Russia, did not leave before the expiration of 30 days from day of end of temporary stay, will be excluded from the “black list”.
These citizens of Kyrgyzstan can enter the territory of Russia from beginning of November 2018, having previously checked themselves online using a database on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan who have violated immigration laws of Russia can from October 16 to December 10, 2018 unhindered, i.e. without administrative liability and inclusion in the "black list", come outside Russia and enter back.
It does not apply to citizens of Kyrgyzstan in respect of whom there is a court decision, or who are wanted, or to whom the ban on entry to Russia is imposed in accordance with Art. 27 of the Federal Law of Russia No. 114 "On the procedure for departure from Russia and entry into Russia."
