Russia has approved a comprehensive program for attracting foreign specialists – a roadmap for impatriates.
The document, developed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD), contains 40 initiatives to simplify the relocation of scientists, investors, entrepreneurs, and IT specialists to Russia.
