With reference to the previously published news, we would like to inform, that on May 9, 2017, in case of the World Football Championship of 2018 the President of Russia adopted the decree №202 imposing restrictions on the arrive and stay in the cities where the championship is held, for Russian citizens and foreign citizens.
The paragraph 4 of the Presidential Decree stipulates that in Kazan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi in the period from June 1 to July 12, 2017, as well as in Volgograd, Ekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St. Petersburg, Saransk, Sochi in the period from May 25 to July 25, 2018:
a) Russian citizens arrived for temporary stay in premises (with the exception of hotels, sanatoriums, holiday homes, boarding houses, campsites, tourist bases, hospitals) other than their place of residence or who arrived for permanent residence in a new place of residence are required to submit application and documents provided for by the legislation of the RF to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for registration at the place of stay or at the place of residence no later than 3 days from the date of arrival;
b) Territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RF register citizens of the RF at the place of their residence or at their place of residence on the day of application when they submit the application and documents provided for by the legislation of the RF and issue documents on registration at their place of residence or place of residence;
c) Russian citizens notify the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the date and place of their stay by personal appeal;
d) Registration and deregistration of Russian citizens at the place of temporary stay (in a hospital, hotel, sanatorium, rest home, boarding house, camping, tourist base and other places of temporary staying) are made in the order established by the legislation of the RF;
e) Registration at the place of stay or residence of foreign citizens and stateless persons, who arrived for temporary stay (temporary or permanent residence) is carried out within one day from the date of their arrival at the place of stay or residence providing the submission of the documents by the receiving party or directly by foreign citizens or stateless persons in the relevant territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;
f) Requirements regarding the procedure of registration at the place of stay or residence, the order and the terms of stay established by subparagraphs «a» - «e» of this paragraph shall not apply to Russian citizens and foreign citizens participating in the World Cup FIFA 2018, the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017, as well as representatives of FIFA, FIFA affiliated organizations, confederations and citizen football associations included in the FIFA lists.
