On December 30, 2016 Rostrud approved the Order as of 30.12.2016 № 538 “On approval of the lists of legal acts, containing mandatory requirements, compliance of which is estimated by Rostrud at control sessions.
Foreign citizens working in Russia as well as their employers are obliged to comply with all requirements indicated in acts. Rostrud’s control sessions are related to employment of foreign citizens in Russia as well as compliance of all relevant regulations controlled by Rostrud.
The following acts are established:
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at federal state sessions of observance of labor legislation and other normative legal acts containing norms of labor law, according to the appendix N 1;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at federal subject’s sessions of observance of social benefits to unemployed citizens according to the appendix N 2;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions in employment field in terms of social support of the unemployed citizens according to the appendix N 3;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions of performance of accreditation requirements by private employment agencies for the right to carry out activities for the provision of workers’ labor, according to the Appendix N 4;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions of the implementation of social benefits to unemployed citizens, according to the Appendix N 5;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated by monitoring guardianship bodies for the disabled adults or not fully capable citizens, according to the Appendix N 6;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions on determination of disability as a result of accidents at work and occupational diseases in accordance with Appendix N 7;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions in sphere of social services in accordance with Appendix N 8;
- the list of acts containing the obligatory requirements compliance of which is estimated at control sessions in sphere of social help to citizens in accordance with Appendix N 9.
