The Prime Minister of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, announced the lifting of restrictions imposed due to the spread of a new coronovirus infection on flights to 52 states.
The full list of countries with which restrictions will be lifted from April 9, 2022 is as follows:

- Hong Kong;

- Zimbabwe;
- Israel;

- Kenya;
- China;
- North Korea;
- Costa Rica;
- Kuwait;
- Lebanon;
- Lesotho;
- Mauritius;
- Madagascar;
- Malaysia;
- Maldives;
- Morocco;
- Mozambique;
- Moldova;
- Mongolia;
- Myanmar;
- Namibia;
- Oman;
- Pakistan;
- Peru;
- Saudi Arabia;
- Seychelles;
- Serbia;
- Thailand;
- Tanzania;
- Tunisia;
- Uruguay;

In addition, restrictions on crossing the land border between Russia and China are being lifted.
However, please note that so far these changes have not been made to the Decree of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635-r, as well as the Decree of the Government of Russia of March 27, 2022 763-r, and therefore we recommend that you wait for the data to be entered changes for unimpeded crossing of the land border between Russia and China.
To apply for visas and to enter Russia for citizens from the following countries with which no air service has been previously opened: Algeria, Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Hong Kong, Zimbabwe, Israel, North Korea, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Pakistan, Tanzania, Uruguay, Fiji, Philippines, Jamaica, it is also necessary to wait for changes in the Decree of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635-r.
