The operational headquarters for the prevention of the import and spread of a new coronavirus infection in the territory of Russia decided to resume air traffic with China and Indonesia from March 14, 2022 as well as increase the number of flights to some countries, namely:
- Azerbaijan;
- Armenia;
- Bahrain;
- Vietnam;
- Iraq;
- Iran;
- Kazakhstan;
- Kyrgyzstan;
- Maldives;
- Mongolia;
- Saudi Arabia;
- Tajikistan;
- Thailand;
- Uzbekistan.
We remind you that the resumption of air traffic does not mean that after 90 days from the date of the resumption of air traffic, the suspension of the period associated with the stay and residence of foreign citizens of these states in the Russian Federation will be canceled. See more in our news.
However, before the inclusion of these countries in Appendix N 1 to the order of the Government of Russia of March 16, 2020 N 635, with respect to citizens of these countries and persons holding a residence permit in these countries, restrictions on entry into the Russian Federation, issuance of invitations, visas, permits for the attraction and work of foreign citizens established by the Government of the Russian Federation will not be lifted due to the pandemic.
