From December 29, 2021, for foreigners who have arrived for a long time (more than 90 days) and labor migrants the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia will begin to issue cards with electronic medium, which will contain information on the passage of mandatory dactylography.
Therefore, according to the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, such plastic cards will also contain basic information about the owner, a foreign citizen, namely:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- civility;
- photo;
- citizenship;
- information about the identity document;
- fingerprints.
However, these cards will be issued subject to technical feasibility. In other cases, documents will be issued without them.
