From May 30, 2022, Russian citizens will be able to enter Indonesia without a visa, applying for it on the spot (VOA – Visa On Arrival). This visa is issued at airports or ports upon arrival of foreign citizens to the territory of Indonesia.
The validity of this visa will be limited to a period of 30 calendar days with the possibility of one extension for another 30 calendar days, the cost of initial processing will be $35.
Earlier, due to coronavirus restrictions, Russian citizens wishing to enter Indonesia and Bali were forced to apply for a business visa (B 211). Such a visa was issued only through Indonesian host companies. For citizens of Russia traveling for tourism purposes, entry into Indonesia was closed.
