On November 24, 2016, the Head of the Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry in Moscow, Vladimir Rogov is dismissed. The police colonel, Svetlana Pleshakova was newly appointed to this position.
Starting from November 24, 2016 all the documents served in the Department on migration issues of Russian Interior Ministry in Moscow, should be addressed to Svetlana Pleshakova, as their addressing to Vladimir Rogov is no longer accepted.
