On November 2019, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Moscow Region began to present a number of new requirements when submitting documents about foreign citizens.
- The place where the labor contract is signed with a foreign worker in case the signatories were in different countries or cities indicates double, for example, “Moscow / Chicago”.
- When submitting a diploma on the education of a foreign worker, a notarized translation of the diploma must be attached.
- When indicating the address of the place of alleged stay of a foreign citizen, its name should be indicated, for example, “Hotel “name”.
We draw attention to the fact that these requirements are not provided for by regulatory legal acts, therefore organizations should be careful to comply with them.
