The Turkish authorities have significantly relaxed the rules for entering the republic, abolishing the requirement to present the results of PCR tests or antigen tests, which was introduced as part of the fight against the pandemic. This is stated in the circular of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey, sent to the authorities of 81 provinces of the country.
Previously, as we wrote, it was possible to enter Turkey only with a negative result of a coronavirus test made no earlier than 72 hours before entry or a rapid antigen test made no earlier than 48 hours before entering the country, or a certificate of a full course of vaccination with vaccines that are registered by WHO or the Ministry of Health of Turkey for emergency use. Of the Russian vaccines, only the Sputnik V vaccine has such registration.
