Earlier, the Government of Ukraine decided to denounce agreements with Russia on the mutual recognition of documents on education and academic titles. The Ukrainian Government published a resolution on this on the portal of the executive authorities. At the same time, the Agreement on cooperation in the field of culture, science and education and the agreement on cooperation in the field of attestation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of the highest qualification were also denounced. Now Russia, for its part, has denounced the agreement on the mutual recognition of documents on education and academic titles.
This means that in order to recognize the relevant documents issued by Ukraine in Russia, it will be necessary to confirm qualifications according to the approved procedure by submitting an application to Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor).
