- Submit your application by clicking on the appropriate button, and pay the application fee using a credit card. The fee is 135 Australian dollars (conversion rate determined by the bank that issued the card).
- Attach the scanned copies of the documents to the questionnaire on the same day or the next working day, the list will be generated automatically. It must include a copy of the passport with personal data of the applicant, confirmed by the hotel or invitation, proof of financial solvency of the applicant. - Track the status of the application through your account. If approved, the visa will be sent a notice by e-mail or registered mail to the address specified in the questionnaire. Notification should print out and take with you when you travel.
Australian Embassy warns of the need to apply for visitor visas, including the electronic application at least 4 weeks before the intended trip, as is the standard period of review established by the Australian Government for these visa subclasses.
The Embassy has the right in its sole discretion:
- to increase the life of the application;
- to request scanned copies of supporting documents;
- to reduce the term of the requested visa;
- to refuse to issue a visa.
If the application will be considered for longer than 4 weeks, and if the review will require additional documents, the applicant will be informed about this further.
For applicants who are unable to apply online, there is the possibility of filing documents directly to the embassy.
