On July, 26 the Prime Minister submitted to the State Duma the draft law on the update of the legal regulation of the order of exit and entry of foreign citizens in Russia and the reason for their expulsion from Russia.
"It is proposed to determine that foreign citizens and stateless persons, who have received a temporary residence permit in Russia, enter and leave Russia on the basis of valid documents certifying their identity, and visas issued for the duration of a temporary residence permit in Russia" - it is said at the report of the Prime Minister.
The report also provides that when the foreign citizen is obtaining the temporary residence permit in Russia, the authorized body shall issue a visa or extend it for the period of validity of the TRP without any additional application by the citizen.
