On February 25, 2025, the Government of the Moscow Region published Resolution No. 151-PP dated February 24, 2025, "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Moscow Region No. 1210/40 dated November 26, 2021, 'On Approval of the List of Medical Organizations Authorized to Conduct Medical Examinations of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons for Obtaining Temporary Residence Permits, Residence Permits, or for Temporary Stay in the Russian Federation for Purposes Not Related to Employment, for a Period Exceeding 90 Calendar Days, or for Employment, Including Obtaining Work Permits (Except for Cases of Medical Examinations for Obtaining or Renewing a Patent for Employment in the Moscow Region).'"
According to the Resolution, the list includes only two medical organizations within the state healthcare system authorized to conduct medical examinations of foreign citizens and stateless persons for obtaining Temporary Residence Permits (TRP), Residence Permits (RP), or for temporary stay in the Russian Federation for purposes not related to employment, for a period exceeding 90 calendar days, or for employment, including obtaining work permits (except for cases of medical examinations for obtaining or renewing a patent):

State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Moscow Region "Podolsk Regional Clinical Hospital" (located at the Podolsk Medical Center, address: Moscow Region, Podolsk, Profsoyuznaya Street, Building 1).
The Resolution came into force on February 26, 2025.
