The form of a mark in the document on RVP for the purpose of obtaining education has been approved

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia No. 729 of October 3, 2022 "On approval of the form of a mark in a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen or stateless person and recognized by Russia in this capacity, on permission for temporary residence in Russia for the purpose of obtaining education" has been published

The document enters into force on January 1, 2023, together with the provisions introduced by Federal Law No. 357-FZ of July 14, 2022, regarding RWP for the purpose of obtaining education.

Compared to the regular RWP, this form states in the title that it is an RWP "for educational purposes". Otherwise, the points and content of the mark are the same as the mark on the usual TRP, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated June 8, 2020 N 407.
