The certificate is issued no later than 3 working days from the date of the exam. It can be obtained either in person or by proxy at institutions included in a special list.
The order comes into force on the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of 09.11.2024 No. 377-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 15.1 and 15.2 of the Federal Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens of Russia", that is, 10.12.2024.
