new application forms for registration at the place of residence and notification of the arrival of a foreign citizen

On June 2nd, 2020 was published the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated March 24th, 2020 No. 180 “On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated July 30th, 2019 No. 514”.

The order amends the Administrative Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the provision of state services for the migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated July 30th, 2019 No. 5141:

1. Sub-clause 32.3 of clause 32 shall be added after the words “expiration of the residence permit” with the words “(if the validity of the residence permit is limited in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-ФЗ)”.
2. In the title of section "II” The composition, sequence and timing of the administrative procedures (actions), requirements for the procedure for their implementation, including the specifics of performing administrative procedures (actions) in electronic form," figure "II" shall be replaced by the figure "III".
3. Clause 99 shall be added after the words “residence permit” with the words “(if the validity of the residence permit is limited in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-ФЗ)”.
4. Clause 100 shall be amended as follows:

"100. If a residence permit is issued without a period of validity and in accordance with a document confirming the right to use an apartment/house, the period of use of this apartment/house is unlimited, when marking the registration of a foreign citizen at the place of residence (Appendix No. 4 to the order ) the field "to" ____ "_____________ 20 __." is not filling out".
     5. Clause 114, after the words "expiration of the residence permit" add the words "(if the validity of the residence permit is limited in accordance with Federal Law No. 115-ФЗ)."

The order comes into force 10 days after publication (June 13th, 2020).
