Starting from the new year, many employers hiring Turkish citizens, receive letters from the Federal Service for Labour and Employment with the notifications of the new legal regulation of hiring Turkish citizens.
The letters state that starting from the January 1, 2016, employers have no right to employ Turkish citizens who were not in labor relations with the respective employers as of December 31, 2015.
The Federal Service for Labour and Employment individually reminds the organization of the Russian sanctions against Turkey by means of such letters. These letters also contained the information on authorities responsible for the execution of the decrees of Russian President.
Thus, the State further reminds employers of the changes in connection with the Russian sanctions against Turkey.
