Since August 1, 2017, foreign citizens can enter the Primorsky Territory, Kamchatka and Sakhalin through nine airports of the Far East Federal District - Anadyr (Ugolny), Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok (Knevichi), Magadan (Sokol), Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky (Yelizovo), Providence Bay, Khabarovsk (New), Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Khomutovo), Yakutsk. Arriving on an e-visa, foreign citizens can be only in the territory of the subject of the RF, in which arrived, no more than 8 days.
The simplified visa regime applies to citizens of 18 countries, including Brunei, China, North Korea, India, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, Algeria, Bahrain, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Morocco, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Turkey.
