The Confidence Group company informs you about increase of term for issuing invitations to enter Russia for foreign citizens at the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow (Moscow, 42 Pokrovka St., 42), which currently is approximately 30 days.
Moreover, in accordance with paragraph 24 of the Administrative Regulation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as of September 21, 2017 No. 735, the registration deadline is no more than 20 working days from the date of registration of the inviting party’s application with the migration department with all the necessary documents attached.
This applies to invitations for single, double and multiple entry visas.
If it is necessary to issue an invitation more urgently, the company has the right to apply for an invitation in a shorter time, however, the decision is left to the leadership of the Main Department for migration issues of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
