We draw your attention to the fact that at the regional level in some constituent entities of Russia, restrictions have been introduced on the holding of a number of positions for foreign citizens. Basically, this prohibition applies to the ban on the production of food products, to activities for transportation of passengers in city and suburban traffic and passenger taxis.
Such restrictions for 2022 have already been introduced by the Republic of Maria El, the Republic of Sakha, Sakhalin Region, Irkutsk Region, Kamchatka Territory.

- Decree of the Governor of the Irkutsk Region dated October 26, 2021 No. 290-ug "On the establishment for 2022 of a ban on the attraction by business entities operating in the Irkutsk Region of foreign citizens who work on the basis of patents for certain types of economic activities ".
