Thus, in a number of constituent entities of Russia, a special federal state unitary enterprise assists the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in carrying out mandatory fingerprinting examination of foreign citizens. There will be 59 such subjects out of 85, in particular:

- Transbaikal region;
- Kamchatka Krai;
- Krasnodar region;
- Krasnoyarsk region;
- Primorsky Krai;
- Khabarovsk region;
- Amur region;
- Bryansk region;
- Vladimir region;
- Vologodskaya Oblast;
- Voronezh region;
- Ivanovo region;
- Irkutsk region;
- Kaliningrad region;
- Kaluga region;
- Kemerovo region - Kuzbass;

However, the list of such enterprises or actions that they will carry out has not yet been established.
This order comes into force together with the amendments to the Federal Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia" dated July 25, 2002 N 115-FZ, December 29, 2021.
In addition, the Federal Law of 01.07.2021 N 274-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia "and the Federal Law" On State Fingerprint Registration in Russia "established that in Moscow is also a special federal state unitary enterprise that will assist the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in carrying out compulsory fingerprinting examination of foreign citizens.
