The President of the Russia signed a Decree from 05.03.2022, which simplifies entry for all foreign citizens and stateless persons who entering Russia fro LNR, DNR Republics and Ukraine:
- foreign citizens and stateless persons can enter Russia from the territory of the LNR, DNR and Ukraine and travel further to their countries without a visa on valid identity documents;
- foreign citizens and stateless persons can stay in the territory of Russia for 15 days from the date of crossing the border.
