Earlier, by Decree of the President of Russia No. 335 dated 10.05.2023, a visa-free regime was introduced for citizens of Georgia entering for purposes not related to labor activity and for a period of less than 90 days (more details in our news).
In accordance with the new decree, the visa-free entry regime into Russia now applies to all citizens of Georgia, with certain exceptions specified in paragraph b) of Decree No. 335 of 10.05.2023.
The decree entered into force on the day of its publication, that is, 10.10.2024.
