The Chief Sanitary Doctor of Russia, by the Decree No. 10 of March 30, 2022, amended the Decree of the Chief Sanitary Doctor No. 7 of March 18, 2020 “On Ensuring Isolation to Prevent the Spread of COVID-2019”.
From April 1, 2022, citizens of Russia and citizens of other EAEU countries do not need to have a negative PCR test with them to enter the territory of Russia through the land section of the border.
At the same time, citizens of Russia entering through the land section of the border are exempted from filling out a questionnaire on the Gosuslugi website, as well as from the mandatory PCR test after arriving on the territory of Russia.
We remind you that foreign citizens (including EAEU countries) are required to have a negative PCR test when crossing the border of Russia through air checkpoints. Citizens of Russia, when crossing the border of Russia through air checkpoints, must fill out a questionnaire, providing data on vaccination, past disease, or pass a PCR test within 4 days from the moment of crossing the border and also upload the results to the State Services website.
