On May 20, 2019, Migration Department of MIA for Moscow (Pokrovka str., 42) introduced new requirements for payment of state duties when receiving invitations to enter for foreign citizens.
It is necessary to provide a payment order for each invited foreign citizen with full name.
The payment order must be submitted in the original, certified with a blue seal of the bank and the seal of the company as the inviting party. Payment is made from the current account of the inviting party. State duty paid by individuals is not accepted.
