Confidenсе group, in continuation of the news about the procedure for entry with the purpose of treatment, reports that after posting information about the trip on the website of the government of the Russian Federation, the applicant receives a certain letter, which indicates that he can enter the Russian Federation (relevant for visa-free citizens), but must have with him a medical document (in Russian or English) confirming the negative result of a laboratory study of the material for COVID-19 by the PCR method, selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in the Russian Federation.
At the same time, the document also indicates that the applicant must comply with 14-day self-isolation when crossing the border by any transport (except air).
The letter does not contain any references to the regulatory legal acts and an additional request was sent by Confidence group to clarify this.
