On June 16, Andrey Sprinchan, CEO of Confidence Group, took part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, held at the Congress Center of the CCI of Russia. The event was dedicated to the practices of chambers of commerce and industry in addressing current areas of activity under modern conditions.
As part of the plenary session, a separate block was devoted to the new framework of Russia’s migration policy, key legislative innovations, and their impact on the interests of entrepreneurs.
Andrey Sprinchan delivered a report on the topic: "Business operations in the new migration realities: adaptation tools and systemic support."
In his speech, he examined in detail the key priorities of the Russian Federation’s migration policy for 2026–2030, as well as the practical implications of new initiatives for employers hiring foreign specialists.
Concluding his remarks, Andrey Sprinchan emphasized that amid tightening migration regulations, businesses need to transition to systemic support of foreign labor, assess migration risks in advance, diversify methods for legalizing foreign specialists, and actively participate in discussions of legislative initiatives.
The participation in the meeting allowed representatives of the chambers of commerce and industry to gain an expert overview of upcoming changes, discuss practical challenges faced by employers, and identify possible measures for adapting business to the new migration realities.
