As a result of the meeting, all 12 universities, previously authorized to conduct exams in Russian as a foreign language for foreign citizens, terminated contracts with commercial partners.

Thus, now only state and municipal educational institutions will conduct Russian language exams for foreign citizens. These educational institutions exist in every region of Russia, and the relevant agreements are currently being finalized.
