Changes for migrants in 2025 - new fee amounts:
- Work patent or patent reissuance: 4,200 RUB
- Patent duplicate: 2,100 RUB
- Work permit (duplicate/correction): 4,200 RUB
- Permit to attract and employ foreign workers (duplicate/correction): 2,100 RUB
- Extension of temporary stay in Russia: 1,000 RUB
- Registration at place of stay: 500 RUB
- Registration at place of residence: 1,000 RUB
When do the changes take effect?
The new rates will come into force on September 1, 2025, but no earlier than one month after the official publication of the law.
