This is explained by the need to ensure the state security of Russia. In some cases, it is not entirely clear what kind of threat is posed by persons who have been denied entry; the grounds and reasons for preventing entry and recognizing such citizens as persona non grata may not be obvious.
At the same time, Confidence Group specialists are currently not aware of the positive results of requests from Ukrainian citizens who were denied entry to the FSB with a request to reconsider the decision; such apellations remain unsatisfied.
Therefore, Confidence Group strongly discourages Ukrainian citizens from leaving Russia if they plan to return back in the near future.
We also remind you that from October 16, 2023, the entry of Ukrainian citizens into Russia is possible only through two checkpoints - the Ludonka automobile checkpoint in the Pskov region and the air checkpoint at Sheremetyevo airport in Moscow (please read more in our news).
