Утвержден особый порядок въезда в РФ граждан Украины

Russian Government Order No. 2723-r dated October 6, 2023 has been published, according to which, from 00:00 on October 16, 2023, a special entry procedure will be introduced for citizens of Ukraine arriving in Russia from the territory of third countries.

Namely, citizens of Ukraine arriving in Russia from the territory of third countries will be able to enter Russia only through two border-cross checkpoints:

- automobile checkpoint "Ludonka" in the Pskov region (this is the border between Russia and Latvia)
- air checkpoint at Sheremetyevo airport

This procedure does not apply to Ukrainian citizens under the age of 14 traveling from third countries independently or accompanied by Russian citizens.

At the same time, the procedure for the entry of Ukrainian citizens located in new regions of Russia, including in the zone of a special military operation, remains in force. These citizens can enter Russia through checkpoints located on the administrative border between the new constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the adjacent territories of Ukraine.
