Starting from June 1, 2016, the rules for submission of documents to the Multifunctional Migration Center in Sakharovo changed.
In accordance with the Order of the Bank of Russia as of 13.09.2015 №3793-U, which is described in our news as of 05.04.2016, the term of the voluntary medical insurance agreement must be set according to the estimated period of a work permit or a patent reported by the insurant (the insured person).
Thus, it is necessary to attach the VMI policy valid for 3 years from the date of entry into force of labor or civil contract with a foreign citizen, while making the ordinary work permits or HQS work permits.
Moreover, there is a new additional requirement - to attach money orders on payment of the state duty indicating the name of a foreign citizen, certified by the blue stamp of the bank (including BCC and Russian Classification on Objects of Administrative Division) when issuing the permits for foreign labor, the HQS work permits, or ordinary work permits.
When submitting documents for the issue of work permits for the citizens from the migratory-dangerous countries, it is required to obtain resolution of the head of the general department of the Interior Ministry for Migration (previously FMS). It takes at least one week from the receiving the documents to obtain resolution until the obtaining.
When submitting documents for obtaining a permit for foreign labor for three or more persons, an additional "interview" with the head of the general department of the Interior Ministry for Migration (previously FMS) is required in order to determine the real need to attract such a large number of foreign citizens for the quota-free positions. Right after the successful passage of the "interview", the corresponding resolution, allowing the submission, is set on the documents.
The head of the general department of the Interior Ministry for Migration in MMC Sakharovo is available for the issues of the interviews and resolution on Mondays from 11.00 to 13.00 and on Thursdays from 14.00 to 16.00.
