Following the newsletter on the changes of the rules of submission of documents to the Multifunctional migration center in Moscow in Sakharovo as of 07.06.2016, we inform you that since July 26, 2016 the rules of documents submission were complemented by new changes.
When applying for the issue of permits for the foreign labor hire, work permits for citizens of the migration-prone countries, for foreign citizens entering via the visa-free regime, as well as citizens of the Republic of Serbia, it is required to obtain the resolution of the head of the Department on migration issues of Ministry of Internal Affairs. Usually it takes at least one - two weeks from the moment of receiving the documents for obtaining the resolution until the resolution is received. It entails a delay in the submission and receiving of the documents.
In addition, the head of the Department on migration issues of Ministry of Internal Affairs reserves the right to invite the head of the company for the additional “interview” in order to determine the need to hire foreign citizens from such countries.
After the "interview" is successfully passed, the documents are marked with corresponding resolution allowing their further submission.
Admission for "interviews" and obtaining resolutions is made by the head of the Department on migration issues of Ministry of Internal Affairs in MMC Sakharovo on Mondays from 11.00 to 13.00 and on Thursdays from 14.00 to 16.00.
The described procedure is not justified by regulations, which naturally causes dissatisfaction of employers.
