As a follow-up to our previous news, Confidence Group would like to remind you that effective March 1, 2027, the minimum salary threshold for employees working as highly qualified specialists (HQS) will be increased.
For companies that wish to retain their foreign employees but are unable to meet the new salary level, there remains an alternative — transitioning these workers to the standard employment procedure.
This option involves:

Obtaining a quota for attracting foreign labour;

Securing work permits valid for up to 1 year (as opposed to 3‑year permits available for HQS).
Quota campaigns for Moscow and the Moscow Region are scheduled to launch in the near future.
