New rules of pre-registration in Multifunction Migration Center in Moscow
Due to the epidemiological situation in Moscow and in order to minimize the number of visits of foreign citizens from October 29, 2021, pre-registration for the submission of documents for temporary residence permit, residence permit, citizenship of the Russia and native speaker of Russian is carried out only through the electronic service.
Pre-registration for the above services with a personal appeal to the Migration Center is temporarily suspended.
Disabled people of group I, as well as persons over 75 years old, are maintanced on the day of contact on a first-come, first-served basis (without prior registration).
