1. Sent by mail or fax;2. Not certified by signatures of authorized officials;
3. Applications from employers to increase (decrease) the amount of the requirement, submitted in violation of the recommendations on the procedure for filling out an employer application, contained in Appendix 2 to the order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia dated January 23, 2014 No. 27n.
