Quotas for issuing temporary residence permits to foreigners for 2023 have been published

On September 29, 2022, a meeting of the Commission for the distribution of quotas for the issuance of temporary residence permits to foreign citizens and stateless persons in Russia was held.

On 05.10.2022, the Order of the Government of Russia dated 05.10.2022 No. 2913-r was published, which determined the number of quotas for 2023 in the following amount:

- total in Russia - 13,535
- Central Federal District - total 4550
- Moscow - 1500
- Moscow region - 1250
- St. Petersburg - 400
