To submit documents, you must attach the application of the quota allocation for a temporary residence permit issuance to a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation, the form of which has been changed.

The submission of documents will be held at the territory of the Multifunctional Migration Centre in Sakharovo.
The list of required documents:
- Printed and completed Quota Application Form (must be printed on both sides);
- Identity document (passport);
- Documents confirming the legality of stay in the Russian Federation: migration card, registration (migration registration in Moscow).
