Confidence Group would like to draw an attention of employers to the fact that the term of the correction of the permits for attracting a foreign labor in the Department of Migration issues of the Ministry of Interior affairs (earlier FMS) increased significantly.
At the moment the process of the correction of the permits for attracting a foreign labor in the Department of Migration issues of the Ministry of Interior affair (hereafter the MIA), including the mistakes caused directly by the MIA employees, may come with significant delays from 20 days to 2 months.
The delays are related to the lack of the MIA resources, and the absence of normative legal acts regulating the timing of corrections makes it difficult to present any claims to the MIA. In turn, the incorrect permission to hire a foreign labor entails a delay in obtaining work permits.
In order to speed up the process of issuing corrected permission for a foreign labor hire, the company Confidence Group recommends designating the need for speedy changes to the document at the stage of filing documents for the adjustment.
