Clarification of the Border Guard Service on the entry of the HQS and their accompanying family members
Confidence Group received an explanation from the Border Service of the FSB of Russia regarding the multiple entry of highly qualified specialists (HQS) and their accompanying family members into Russian Federation.
According to the clarification, if the lists with the HQS and their accompanying family members have been submitted by the Federal executive authorities to the FSB of Russia, starting from February 6, 2021, such HQS and their accompanying family members can enter Russian Federation multiple times during the period specified by the Federal executive authorities in the application for a permit to enter Russian Federation.
If the HQS and their accompanying family members were included in the lists earlier than February 6, 2021, and have already made one entry into Russian Federation, these foreign citizens also have the right of multiple entry, however, in this case, it is advisable to post information about them on the "Single portal of state and municipal services (functions)" (EPGU). This is necessary to eliminate the difficulties in their registration and boarding an aircraft upon departure from a foreign state to Russian Federation.
