Russia introduces visa-free regime with 11 countries

The Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Russia is preparing intergovernmental agreements on a visa-free regime with 11 more countries. Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at the government hour in the State Duma announced such plans, without naming specific countries, now these countries have been named.

According to Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov, we are talking about Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the Bahamas, Barbados, Haiti, Zambia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago.

Upon reaching agreements, the Foreign Ministry promised "to inform the public by all means."
