The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia lifts restrictions on entry into Russia for citizens of Ukraine, DPR and LPR who have committed minor offenses
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation decided to lift restrictions on entry into the territory of Russia in respect of more than 3000 citizens of Ukraine, DPR and LPR who committed two or more administrative offenses of a minor nature or violated the period of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation.
In addition, when applying for the extension of the period of temporary stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, migration registration at the place of stay or registration of permits for residence, citizens of Ukraine, DPR and LPR will not be brought to administrative responsibility for violating the regime of stay in Russia.
In order to regulate their legal situation in the Russian Federation, they may apply to the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
