New forms of certificates in Russian language, history and legislation of Russia for RVP, residence permit, citizenship of Russia, patent and work permit will come into effect on December 10, 2024
Order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia dated November 14, 2024 No. 763 was published, which approves the forms of certificates in Russian language, history and legislation of Russia for temporary residence permit, residence permit, citizenship of Russia, patent and work permit.The certificate is issued no later than 3 working days from the date of the exam. It can be obtained either in person or by proxy at institutions included in a special list.
The order comes into force on the date of entry into force of the Federal Law of 09.11.2024 No. 377-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 15.1 and 15.2 of the Federal Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens of Russia", that is, 10.12.2024.
