Only a foreign citizen or a receiving party can now submit documents and obtain a visa to the UVM GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region (Moscow, Solyanka St., 9a)
On January 21, 2020, the MIA for the Moscow Region (Moscow, Solyanka St., 9a) reported that only a foreign citizen or receiving party (indicated in the migration registration) can submit documents or obtain visas (initial clearance / renewal / restoration).
By proxy, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will only accept and issue documents if the receiving party is an organization (employer).
